To view events on the Calendar:
Click the month or the year under Calendar on the left.

To change month viewed, click < or >
All Ahepans are welcome to add an event to this Calendar
To create an account click New Account Signup.
A new window will appear.
Insert your desired USERNAME and EMAIL, and click [Account Signup]

A password will be emailed back to you.

Onca a password is received, you are free to log on using username and password.

To add an event:
  • Click the [Submit Event] button on the left.
  • Enter your event information under the Create New Event Page.
  • Make sure to enter Info under Description and Start and End Time and Date.
  • After entering all info, Click [Create Event] button.


  • Click AHEPA Logo to return to District Home Page.
